Donnebra is an innovative thought leader with over twenty years of experience in the Human Capital Management industry. She is recognized for her ability to cultivate leadership that is both consciously unbiased and intentionally inclusive. As a strategic business partner, Donnebra has a proven track record of empowering organizations to build strong, diverse teams through forward-thinking leadership.

Holding a bachelor's degree in liberal studies and a master's in Transformative Leadership from Bethune Cookman

University, Donnebra is committed to continuous growth. She has earned Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certifications from Cornell University and the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University.

 

A passionate advocate for literacy and leadership development, Donnebra founded Leaders are Readers, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing literacy in underserved communities in Tampa Bay, further demonstrating her leadership in both professional and community settings.
